Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, it is not economical to ship product back and forth.  As a result, there are generally no returns or refunds with the exception of mistakes and quality issues with your order.

Refunds may only be issued for defective and unused stock products only.

The amount refunded is for product fees only. Initial order shipping expenses and the return shipping expense are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of defects in materials and/or workmanship.

There are no refunds on custom ropes, printed materials or DVDs except in the case of defects in materials and/or workmanship.

Returns on unused stock ropes within two weeks of order date may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
