Our Guarantee

All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear and/or abuse are not under warranty and are the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right to repair or replace the returned goods at the manufacturer's expense.

 

 

Beaded Ropes - Lifetime Warranty

Our quality shatterproof LDPE handles and beads allow us to comfortably offer a Lifetime Warranty on our beaded ropes covering the beads and handles. This warranty covers normal use against manufacturing defect and breakage. If any of our beads or handles ever break from normal use please let us know and we will replace them.

To get your rope repaired or replaced, please contact us to let us know what has happened. We may ask you to package the broken rope up and mail it to us for examination, or send us a photo of the damaged product. If there is a defect we will cover your cost to send us the rope and we will send you a repaired or new rope back at our expense.

This warranty does not cover string which has a 90 day warranty. In the unlikely event that your string breaks and needs to be replaced we will provide a new string for your rope. If the string breaks outside the warranty period we will replace the string for free and you will only have to provide the mailing cost.

 

 

Licorice Speed-Style Ropes - 90 Day Warranty

Our quality LDPE handles allow us to comfortably offer a Lifetime Warranty on our handles. This warranty covers normal use against manufacturing defect and breakage. If any of our handles ever break from normal use please let us know and we will send you a new rope.

Our PVC cord is extremely high quality and tested for durability. However, in extreme heavy usage situations cords may wear out from friction where the cord exits the handle. If this or other breakage from regular indoor use on a smooth surface occurs within 90 days from purchase, notify us immediately for replacement.

We cannot warranty breakage from abuse such as tug-of-war type games, using the rope as a tow-line or other non-standard uses, nor do we endorse the use of our ropes in such manners.  PVC ropes should only be used on smooth indoor surfaces to lengthen the life of the rope.

Note - Jumping outdoors on rough surfaces such as asphalt will damage the cord.  Also, cold temperatures may cause the cord to stiffen and snap if trying to use outdoors in cooler temperatures.  Our warranty does not extend to cord breakage from these occasions.  For jumping outdoors we recommend our beaded ropes as they are the most durable.

Should your rope break and you need to get your rope replaced, please contact us to let us know what has happened. We may ask you to package the broken rope up and mail it to us for examination, or send us a photo of the damaged product. If there is a defect we will cover your cost to send us the rope and we will send you a new rope back at our expense.

 

 

Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, it is not economical to ship product back and forth.  As a result, there are generally no returns or refunds with the exception of mistakes and quality issues with your order.

Refunds may only be issued for defective and unused stock products only.

The amount refunded is for product fees only. Initial order shipping expenses and the return shipping expense are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of defects in materials and/or workmanship.

There are no refunds on custom ropes, printed materials or DVDs except in the case of defects in materials and/or workmanship.

Returns on unused stock ropes within two weeks of order date may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
